Ltd. was formed in 1996. It is a 100% subsidiary of
Vadain Beheer Group.
The company takes pride in being the first company in
India to introduce tailored Carpet Floor Mats for the
Indian automotive industry.
Vadain Beheer Group has its origins as a small carpet
shop, founded in 1974 by Mr. Harry Van Dalfsen, Chairman
and President of the group. Since the last 28 years,
Vadain Beheer Group has grown substantially into a major
holding company. This holding company is organized in
three major groups, with a total of 16 independent companies
in the Netherlands, Poland, Canada and India, of which
the textile segment is the biggest division.
